So what are the drops and how do you take them? Well every product is different but if you get your drops from the place I recommend above you will be taking 15 drops under your tongue, 3 times a day, 20 minutes before meals. It’s that simple.

This is much safer than the HCG injections because you are taking a much lower dose of the HCG, and spreading it out 3 times a day instead of 1 injection in the morning. Plus taking anything orally is always safer than injecting, so you will be able to avoid any HCG diet dangers or side effects by using an oral product.

So that’s how you take the HCG drops. Now you just need to follow the HCG diet during your drops treatment.

So typically people do a 23 day or a 40 day round which goes like this: For the first 2 days you do what are called “gorge days” or also called “loading days” where you eat whatever you’d like, as much as you like and whenever you’d like. You are supposed to gorge yourself and eat all day.

The loading days are counter-intuitive but it tells your body that you have enough fat to lose and to unlock the stored fat on your body so you can lose it quickly. Make sure you stay full all day during these days and don’t skip them. You will gain some weight but it will come off the first day or two on the low calorie diet.

You should take your drops during these 2 days but only take then 3 times a day at the normal breakfast, lunch and dinner times.

After the 2 gorge days you start the low calorie diet. There is too much to describe everything on this page, but if you work with the company, I recommend above they will give you full guides, instructions and support to make it very easy. Make sure you go with someone who give you ALL of this because you will need it (trust me, you’ll have lots of questions when you get started). If you buy just the HCG drops and don’t get help you’ll regret it. Make sure to give yourself the tools to be successful.

So the diet in a nutshell after the loading days is a protein weighed out to 3.5 ounces, or 100 grams, a specific fruit, a veggie, and a carbohydrate of melba toast or grissini, which is a very specific Italian breadstick, and all of this is 2 meals per day. You can spread out your meals and even have something for breakfast but most eat the food just at lunch and dinner and have coffee or tea for breakfast. Each item is chosen from the HCG diet plan list. So you can’t have just any fruit, you have to choose it from the list. This diet is nice because you know exactly what you can eat and when you can eat it and how much you can eat. There is no guessing on this diet which makes it very easy to be successful.

Then once you are on the low calorie diet, you do it for the rest of the 23 or 40 days with the HCG drops. Once you hit your last day on the drops, you continue on the low calorie diet for another 3 days without the drops. This makes sure all the HCG drops are out of your system before you up your calorie intake while on the next phase.

Then you start what’s called the “maintenance” phase where you can eat normally but you avoid sugars and starches. There is a little more to it than that but I don’t want to cover it on this page. It’s simple but very important. Maintenance “sets” your weight point so you are more likely to stay there and not gain the weight back. If you do the HCG diet correctly and learn from the diet you should easily be able to keep off the weight forever.

That’s about it. If you happen to get your drops from the same place I did you don’t have to mix them, prepare them or anything fancy. You just open them and drop the right amount of liquid into your mouth and under your tongue.

You should store your drops out of sunlight and most people store them in the fridge to keep them fresh and to last a long time. Keeping your drops cool will tend to make them last over 1 year, but check your product as they are different.
